Also, While managing this organization, It should be manager’s primary objective to never deviate from this mission statement. An example of a properly established non-profit organization would be your local animal shelter.

This of course will naturally lower the overhead of this organization and ensures that the employees are truly interested in carrying out the tasks required of them. Being volunteers’ Shows that they do not care for the money, But for the sake of the animals themselves. Thus, A non-profit organization that is ran by volunteers will generally have more positive results.
